Meditation is an invitation to take a break from the mental clutter of daily life, from the demands of the past as well as anxiety about the future, and return to the present moment where our beings reside. This session shares several meditation practices that with habitual work will teach us to acknowledge our limitations, let go of what we cannot control, get perspective on what ails us, and slowly lead us to calmness, clarity, self-awareness and self-care. Open to young and old, students and professionals. Participants in previous sessions are welcome. Maximum of 30 people.
