Spaces

Areté offers three theater spaces for performances, events, and exhibits. Two of these are housed in the Soledad V. Pangilinan Arts Wing: the 840-seater Hyundai Hall with raked orchestra and balcony seats, and the 200-seater Doreen Black Box Theater which users can reconfigure to suit their needs.

Eduardo J Aboitiz Sandbox Zone

Areté offers groups of academics, artists, professionals, and students the financial resources and physical space to interact, exchange ideas, and work on projects that marry their interests towards a common goal.

Eugenio Lopez Jr Makerspace

Creativity and innovation need spaces for play and iteration. The Eugenio Lopez Jr. Makerspace is Areté’s digital laboratory dedicated to hands-on activities for creative engagement. This open access facility welcomes everyone who wants to pursue, develop, and execute an idea.
