This conference, with the theme “30 Years of Philippine Internet: Honoring the Past, Safeguarding the Future,” aims to bring together digital rights advocates, experts, journalists, students, and local communities, and provoke discussions on the various issues affecting our lives online and offline. Through various plenary and breakout sessions, it intends to examine the history of the Philippine Internet and discuss the current and emerging issues like artificial intelligence, privacy, disinformation, cybersecurity, access and inclusion, gender, and freedom of expression in the country and beyond.
