The Baligtarin Mo! Sandbox unit has spent the first quarter of 2023 laying the foundation for the design process and implementation of their card decks - a collection of submitted artwork and informative text that amplify the environmental concerns facing the Filipino youth today.
Key Highlights:
- Prepared a promotional slide deck for presentation to various stakeholders and potential collaborators for future events and projects
- Launched the invitation for artwork and writing submissions during the “From Rivers to Streams” webinar in April organized by the ASEAN University Network on Ecological Education and Culture (AUN-EEC), attended by over 300 participants
- Organized a two-day coastal cleanup activity of Las Piñas – Paranaque Critical Habitat and Ecotourism Area (LPPCHEA) with approximately 75 volunteers in cooperation with WWF-Philippines and the Matanglawin and Kanlaon committees of Ateneo SHS.
