Mira Alexis P Ofreneo, PhD
Dr. Mira Alexis P. Ofreneo is Associate Professor and former Chairperson of the Psychology Department of Ateneo de Manila University. She is currently the Director of the University Gender Hub, the center for gender-responsiveness in Ateneo. She headed the Task Force that created the Loyola Schools Gender Policy, to build a gender-inclusive and gender-safe community. Dr. Ofreneo has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University. She is a recipient of the Fr. Jaime C. Bulatao, SJ Teaching Award conferred by the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP) for outstanding teaching in psychology.
