Human Hair as a Raw Material

Harold is the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Capilli Trading, Inc., which is involved in the collection, processing, by-product manufacturing, and trading of waste human hair as a raw material that can be used as an alternative raw input for different industries He earned his degree in Business Economics from Xavier University: Ateneo de Cagayan in 2015. Presently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning at UP Diliman, Harold commenced his professional journey as a Management Trainee at JG Summit Holdings, Inc. and Cebu Air Inc.

After a successful three-year tenure as a Revenue Management Specialist at Cebu Pacific, he transitioned to Commeasure Solutions Philippines, Inc., the official operator of RedDoorz—a swiftly expanding hotel management company in Southeast Asia. At RedDoorz, Harold assumed leadership of the Revenue & E-Commerce Department in the Philippines. Additionally, he maintains affiliations with Rev&You, a software and consulting enterprise offering support to hoteliers and consultants across Europe, Australia, and the Philippines.

Harold is now pouring his efforts as a mastermind in transforming hair waste into wonder. His venture has earned several awards, most recently: Champion of the 2022 Bluepreneurs Asia Ventures Bootcamp Pitch Competition; Iligan City’s Most Inspiring Youth Entrepreneur and Enterprise in 2022, and Start-up of the Year in Iligan City for 2023. He received the Oracle Netsuite Social Impact Award in 2023, Nexus.
