Issa Mijares
Issa Mijares is from the Office of University and Global Relations and the Department of Sociology and Anthropology of the Ateneo de Manila University. Trained in various forms of dance, Issa shares her enthusiasm for fitness through easy and accessible movement exercises.
Learn about the different arm positions of Classical Ballet and workout your arms at the same time. This 10-minute arm series may be done seated or standing arete. Other modifications for the legs are included in the video. The use of light weights is optional.
This set does not promise that you will become a prima ballerina in one try. Intensive training is necessary for that. It is shared with you in the hopes that your body will remember the sense of elegance and beauty the practice of ballet promotes.
