Sitting still for long hours is among the worst things you can do for your body. This 10-minute seated stretch series is intended to guide you through a simple routine that you can do in the office or at home.
Stretching helps ease tensions around joints, improves body mobility and flexibility, encourages better coordination, and boosts mood. The use of the chair minimizes the risks of injury without compromising the overall benefits of exercise. The set may be done by itself or as a warm-up or cool-down to accompany other fitness routines.
