Enrico C Osi, PhD
Rico is an Assistant Professor and Research Coordinator at the Ateneo de Manila University-John Gokongwei School of Management. He teaches Marketing Research and Entrepreneurship under the Marketing and Law Department and handles Philippine Business Environment for the Leadership and Strategy Department.
Previously, he served as Director under the Office of the President, Philippine Centennial Commission in charge of the Philippine Centennial Movement. Currently, he is Head of Marketing for Pulse Asia Research, Inc.
He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Studies, Major in Organizational Development from the Ateneo de Manila University. He completed his Postgraduate in Business and Commerce at Monash University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and received his Masters in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. His research interests include: culture, gender, leadership, business and entrepreneurship.
What comes to mind when you hear the word "CEO?" In this lecture, Dr. Osi discusses his research on Filipina women who occupy traditionally male-dominated top leadership roles in their companies.
